Step 1: Inform the online customer service about your situation. The online customer service will provide you with a registration form to quickly understand and document the details of your incident. Kindly complete the form truthfully and in detail.
Step 2: The customer service will escalate the matter to the platform's legal department for further handling. You will receive a response within 1 hour. Please keep an eye on messages from the online customer service or your message center.
Step 3: If it becomes necessary to legally process the suspected account, the user is required to submit a "Freeze Letter" to the platform. This letter should include: a court decision, a freeze notice, and two police officer IDs. Please send these documents to support@astralX.com.
Step 4: If the suspected account is verified to have engaged in illegal operations, the platform will permanently suspend the account. The assets of the account will be handled by the platform's legal department, with the aim of protecting user interests as much as possible.
