Check the available assets in your TradFi account. Familiarize yourself with the available contracts, position modes, leverage settings, and order details. Before placing an order, verify the trade direction, price, quantity, and estimated margin requirement.
Opening an account does not mean you have placed a trade. Check your order history, trade history, and position status to confirm whether an order has been placed or filled.

FAQ

Q1: Is KYC verification required to open a TradFi account? No. KYC verification is not required to open a TradFi account. It is required if you apply to become a lead trader.
Q2: What if I do not receive a verification code during registration? Check your email spam folder or whether SMS messages have been blocked. If the code still does not arrive, request a new one as prompted on the page or try another available registration method.
Q3: Do I need to deposit again after opening a TradFi account? Funds in your TradFi and spot accounts are managed separately. If your funds are in your spot account, go to Assets → Transfer and move the amount needed into your TradFi account. If your TradFi account already has sufficient available funds, no additional transfer is needed.
Q4: Why does my TradFi account show no funds after I open it and make a deposit? TradFi trades in USD, not USDT. Convert your USDT to USD first, then go to Assets → Transfer to move the USD into your TradFi account. You can check your available funds after the transfer is complete.
