Opening an account does not mean you have placed a trade. Check your order history, trade history, and position status to confirm whether an order has been placed or filled.

FAQ

Q1: Is KYC verification required to open a futures account? No. KYC verification is not required to open a futures account. It is required if you apply to become a lead trader.
Q2: What if I do not receive a verification code during registration? Check your email spam folder or whether SMS messages have been blocked. You can request a new code as prompted on the page or try another available registration method.
Q3: Do I need to make another deposit after opening a futures account? Funds in your futures and spot accounts are managed separately. If your funds are in your spot account, go to Assets → Transfer to move the amount needed into your futures account. If your futures account already has sufficient available assets, no transfer is needed.
