By clicking confirmation on the relevant page, the applicant hereby applies to become a Global Strategic Partner of AstralX (“the Company”) and makes the following declarations and confirmations:
1. Agreement Confirmation
The applicant has carefully read, confirmed, agreed to, accepted, understood, and is willing to comply with all the terms and conditions of the Strategic Partner Agreement, as well as other rules or guidelines issued or supplemented by the Company from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Relevant Terms”), and accepts and agrees to be bound by all the Relevant Terms.
Regarding the aforementioned Relevant Terms, the applicant has been advised to seek independent legal and financial advice and has understood and accepted all the Relevant Terms.
2. Account Nature and Usage Rules Confirmation
The applicant confirms and acknowledges:
- The strategic operation account provided by the Company to the applicant (“this account”) is owned and ultimately controlled by the Company, and the applicant only enjoys the agreed operational usage rights within the cooperation period;
- The maximum drawdown under this account (Drawdown) shall not exceed 30%. Once this risk control threshold is reached or exceeded, the Company has the right to immediately suspend or revoke the usage rights of this account without further notice;
- If the applicant violates platform trading rules, operational specifications, or engages in other misconduct as determined by the Company, the Company also has the right to immediately revoke this account;
- After the account is revoked, the applicant’s operational rights under this account shall be terminated immediately, and related benefits and profit-sharing settlements shall be executed according to the specific rules announced by the Company at that time.
3. Authenticity Declaration
The applicant declares and confirms that all information provided in the application form, as well as other information provided to the Company from time to time, is true, complete, and accurate.
The applicant agrees to electronically sign the required documents at the time of account application or any other time, including but not limited to the application form, Strategic Partner Agreement, risk disclosures, and other related documents.
The applicant declares that they bear full responsibility for all operational instructions under this account and confirms that the account is operated by themselves unless the applicant has notified the Company of the appointment of authorized persons and the Company has actually received such notification.
