AstralX Wealth Management Service Agreement

1. Agreement Description

  1. This agreement is established between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and AstralX (hereinafter referred to as the "platform") regarding the wealth management services provided by the platform.
  2. Platform wealth management products include but are not limited to:
    • Demand deposit wealth management
    • Fixed-term wealth management
    • Dual-currency wealth management
    • Limited-time/flash sale wealth management products
  3. Users should fully read and understand this agreement before using any wealth management products.
  4. Once the user completes a subscription, it is deemed that they have agreed to all the contents of this agreement.

2. Product Nature

  1. Platform wealth management products are non-principal-guaranteed investment products and do not promise principal safety or guaranteed returns.
  2. The types of returns for different products include but are not limited to:
    • Fixed returns (e.g., fixed-term)
    • Floating returns (e.g., dual-currency wealth management)
  3. The returns of wealth management products are for reference or estimation only and do not constitute any form of guarantee or commitment.

3. Subscription and Redemption Rules

3.1 Subscription

  1. Users may subscribe to wealth management products using assets supported by the platform.
  2. After a successful subscription, assets will enter the corresponding wealth management product.

3.2 Redemption

Redemption rules for different products are as follows:

  • Demand Deposit Wealth Management: Usually supports redemption at any time (subject to the product page details)
  • Fixed-Term Wealth Management: Cannot be redeemed early during the lock-in period
  • Dual-Currency Wealth Management: Cannot be redeemed or canceled early after subscription

4. Return Rules

  1. The method of calculating returns depends on the product type. Common calculation methods are as follows:

Return = Principal × Annualized Return Rate × Holding Days / 365

  1. Return distribution methods include:
    • Daily settlement
    • One-time settlement at maturity
  2. The platform reserves the right to adjust the return rates based on market conditions.

5. Fee Description

  1. The platform generally does not charge subscription or redemption fees (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
  2. Users understand that:

👉 Actual returns may be affected by market prices, product mechanisms, etc.,
👉 and there may be opportunity costs or differences in returns.

6. Special Product Terms (Dual-Currency Wealth Management)

The following supplementary rules apply to dual-currency wealth management products:

  1. Dual-currency wealth management is a structured product, and the settlement result depends on the comparison between market price and target price.
  2. At maturity, user assets may be converted into another currency.
  3. Although returns are determined at subscription, the final asset value may fluctuate with the market.

7. Risk Warning (Key Points)

Users should fully understand and bear the following risks before participating in wealth management products:

7.1 Non-Principal Guarantee Risk

Wealth management products do not guarantee the safety of principal or returns.

7.2 Market Risk

The prices of crypto assets are highly volatile, which may affect final returns.

7.3 Liquidity Risk

Some products cannot be redeemed early during the lock-in period.

7.4 Currency Risk (Especially Dual-Currency)

The final settlement currency may differ from the subscription currency.

7.5 System and Force Majeure Risks

Including but not limited to:

  • System failures
  • Network delays
  • Policy changes

8. User Declarations

Users confirm and agree that:

  1. They have fully understood how the wealth management products operate
  2. They understand the risk differences among different products
  3. They understand that wealth management products are not deposits or principal-guaranteed products
  4. They voluntarily bear investment risks

9. Platform Rights

The platform has the right to:

  • Adjust product return rates or parameters
  • Delay, suspend, or cancel products
  • Take risk control measures under extreme circumstances
  • Restrict abnormal behaviors

10. Disclaimer

The platform is not responsible for the following situations:

  • Losses caused by market fluctuations
  • Results caused by user investment decisions
  • Third-party or system anomalies

11. Others

  1. Matters not covered in this agreement are subject to platform announcements.
  2. The platform reserves the final interpretation right.
