The platform has launched the “Financial Management Commission Rebate Programme”: when you invite friends to register and participate in financial management, the platform will reward you with a commission rebate based on the financial management returns generated by your friends during the campaign period, calculated according to tiered rates. After the campaign ends, the rebate will be distributed to your account via a USDT airdrop. The more friends you invite, the higher the commission rebate rate.

II. How to Participate
- Register as an inviter: Register for the campaign and hold financial management assets worth no less than 200 USDT during the campaign period.
- Share your invitation: Share your exclusive invitation code / invitation link with your friends.
- Friend participation: Friends must be new users, register through your invitation code, click [Register for the campaign], and hold financial management assets worth no less than 200 USDT.
- Commission rebate eligibility: At least 5 valid customers must be invited; no commission rebate will be distributed if fewer than 5 are invited.
- Receive commission rebates: Once you have invited at least 5 valid customers, you become eligible for commission rebates, which will be distributed in a single airdrop after the campaign ends.
III. Reward Mechanism (Single Rule)
Commission rebate rate: 10% of the financial management interest generated by valid customers during the campaign period.
Commission rebate eligibility: At least 5 valid customers must be invited; no commission rebate will be distributed if fewer than 5 are invited.
Valid customer criteria (all requirements must be met):
- A new user who registered through your exclusive invitation code and completed identity verification and campaign registration;
- Subscribed for financial management products worth more than 1,000 USDT;
- The term of the subscribed financial management product is at least 14 days.
Calculation formula: Commission rebate amount = Σ (financial management interest of valid customers during the campaign period) × 10%
Example:
Assume you successfully invite 5 valid customers. Each customer subscribes for 2,000 USDT in financial management products, holds them for 90 days, and the product has an annualised APR of 9%:

Note: Customers who subscribe for no more than 1,000 USDT, or whose product term is shorter than 14 days, will not be counted as valid customers. For example, if you invite only 2 customers, who subscribe for 1,000 USDT and 500 USDT respectively, they do not meet the valid customer criteria and the number of customers is also fewer than 5; therefore, the commission rebate is 0.
V. How to Receive Commission Rebates
No manual collection is required: registering for the campaign constitutes authorisation. Commission rebates for eligible participants will be airdropped in a single distribution by the system after the campaign ends, and you do not need to take any additional action.
Distribution method: Distributed via a USDT airdrop; not converted into other assets.
Checking receipt: You can view the commission rebate distribution records and receipt status under [Assets/Airdrops].
Confirmation and reissue: Receipt of the airdrop is deemed to constitute completion of collection. If the funds have not arrived after T+7, you may contact online customer service with your registration UID to request verification and reissue. Requests submitted after T+10 will not be accepted.
VI. Rules and Terms
- Inviter eligibility: You must complete campaign registration and hold financial management assets worth no less than 100 USDT during the campaign period. Those who have not registered or do not meet the requirements will not participate.
- Invitee eligibility: The invitee must be a new user who completes registration, identity verification and campaign registration through the inviter’s exclusive invitation code, and holds financial management assets meeting the required standard during the campaign period.
- The commission rebate is based on the actual financial management returns generated by invited friends during the campaign period that have not been redeemed early or subject to a breach. Amounts redeemed early or subject to a breach will not be included.
- The number of invitees is based on the number of new users who successfully meet the requirements during the campaign period. Each invitee may be attributed to only one inviter, and duplicate invitations will not be counted more than once.
- Each verified account / UID may participate only once. Multiple accounts, linked accounts, or bulk registrations from the same device or IP address will be treated as the same user and will not be counted more than once.
- The tiered rates, caps, timing, thresholds and other parameters are subject to this announcement. The platform reserves the right to make adjustments based on market conditions.
- The platform reserves the right to disqualify accounts involved in volume inflation, false registrations, self-invitation and self-rebate, improper operations or violations of the platform agreement, and will not distribute commission rebates to them.
- The platform is not responsible for delays or failures caused by reasons not attributable to the platform, such as an incorrect address or failure to provide feedback on reward issues within the required period, but will assist with verification.
