Dear AstralX Users,
We have recently received multiple reports from users who received emails containing suspicious links, allegedly from our platform or related crypto brands. Please pay careful attention to the following security reminders:
⚠️ Important Security Reminders
🚫 Do not click on unknown links
Do not open or click links in emails, especially if they mention things like “airdrops,” “reward collection,” “error notifications,” or “login anomalies.”
🛡️ Protect your keys and signatures
Excluding officially confirmed and announced events, we will never ask for or require your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or signature transactions via any channel. Any message claiming it can “revoke permissions” or “unlock funds” is a scam.
🔐 Increase your security awareness
- Manually type in the official website URL or use bookmarks—instead of clicking links in emails.
- We recommend using a hardware/cold wallet or trusted wallet extensions, and regularly reviewing connected permissions to revoke unnecessary access.
- Avoid using public Wi‑Fi for wallet operations, and enable two-factor authentication and strong password management.
🚨 Report suspicious activity immediately
If you receive a suspected phishing email or link, please take a screenshot and contact us immediately. We will assist with analysis and coordinate with relevant organizations to take action.
