To further improve system performance and the trading experience, AstralX will carry out contract infrastructure optimisation and system upgrade maintenance from 10:00 on 11 November 2025 to 16:00 on 11 November 2025 (UTC+8).
To ensure the upgrade proceeds smoothly, all platform services will be fully suspended during the maintenance period, including access via the website, app and API.

- Maintenance time: 10:00 on 11 November 2025 to 16:00 on 11 November 2025 (UTC+8)
- Maintenance impact:
All trading functions and related platform services will be temporarily unavailable;
Deposits, withdrawals and account-related operations will be temporarily unavailable;
Users with open orders are advised to cancel or process unfilled orders before 10:00 on 11 November to avoid unnecessary impact caused by the system downtime.
2. New Feature Launch: TradFi Contract Agent System
To provide partners and professional traders with more flexible revenue management and team incentive mechanisms, helping you efficiently expand your user network and improve trading performance, AstralX will officially launch the “TradFi Contract Agent System” after the system upgrade is completed.
Detailed information will be announced through official channels after the version is released. Please stay tuned.
